UK Shipping Rates & Delivery
To ensure your jewellery arrives safely and swiftly, we use reliable UK carriers dispatched with full tracking for your peace of mind. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total price of you order:

Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 Business Days)
Orders up to £34.99: £5.50

Ireland & International Shipping (5–7 Business Days)
We are pleased to offer international tracked shipping to our customers in Ireland. Rates are calculated based on the weight of your curated selection:
Boutique Parcel (0kg – 0.5kg): £9.95
Standard Parcel (0.5kg – 2kg): £14.95
Deluxe Parcel (2kg – 5kg): £22.00
Note to our Ireland Customers: Orders may be subject to local VAT and customs duties upon arrival. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours.

Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your ZivaraJewels purchase. To ensure the highest standards of safety and quality, please note our return conditions:

Earrings & Nose Pins: These arrive in a sealed hygiene pouch. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns if this seal has been tampered with or broken.

Necklaces & Bracelets: We understand you may need to try these on for size. Returns are accepted within 15 days, provided the item is in its original condition with all ZivaraJewels security tags still attached and uncut.

Faulty Items: Your statutory rights are not affected; if an item is faulty, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

How to Start a Return

Email Us: Contact us at hello@zivarajewels.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.

Approval: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Shipping the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
