General
To keep your Zivara pieces looking their best, we recommend following these simple care steps:
Avoid Moisture: Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising.
Chemicals: Apply perfumes, lotions, and hairspray before putting on your jewellery to protect the finish.
Cleaning: For our tarnish-free and gold-plated items, gently wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after wear.
Oxidised Pieces: For traditional Indian oxidised jewellery, avoid using liquid cleaners or polishing cloths; a dry, soft cloth is all you need to maintain its unique vintage look.
Storage: When not in use, store your pieces in a cool, dry place, to prevent scratches and oxidation.
We hand-select our pieces for quality. Many of our items, like our Rose Gold bangles, are tarnish-free and designed for daily wear. Please check individual product details for material care.
Our Pooja Chowkis and décor items are hand-selected for their beauty. To keep them shining, simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the golden finish and wood detail.

We aim to process and pack all orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, we use Tracked Delivery within the UK, which usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your piece begins its journey.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 15-day return window from the day you receive your item. Please ensure the piece is in its original, unused condition. For hygiene reasons, Earrings & Nose Pins are shipped in a sealed pouch and cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken or tampered with.
